Uttar-Pradesh state is rich in its social and cultural heritage. A fact that is hard to digest in view of vigorous population control measuresimplemented in the past. The state has also accepted the strategy of implementing reproductive health and child health programmes. The programme places challenges to the health infrastructure since the components includecomprehensive health care for all age groups. The issues like adolescent health, unwanted pregnancy, diabetes, women’s & child health, HIV, Cancer need to seriously address.The hese issues is the quality of health care. The organisation is improving the image of the health services of the society by providing free health services and medical assistance through our key projects.Health initiatives focus on addressing some of the key projects and areas where we focus on the development of the health sector.

Various types of medical camps and Health programms organized for the ST/SC,OBC, BPL families
🌈Janseva Trust is an initiative that focuses on improving the health status of the targeted underprivileged population. The Health camp provides free medical healthcare services and medicines for the populations living in remote, inaccessible, un-served and underserved areas at their doorsteps. The project targets the population which includes Pregnant and Lactating women, Infants, Children, Youth, Geriatric population, etc. The project is being conducted in phases. Till now, the project has covered more than 2500 beneficiaries, 12 villages of Ballia district, RASRA & CHILKAHAR Block, Uttar-Pradesh.
🎯The objectives of the programs are as mentioned below:
🚩To increase the access to primary, preventive, promotive and creative healthcare services amongst the targeted beneficiaries.
🚩To raise awareness on basic healthcare and hygiene amongst the communities and develop positive health seeking behaviour amongst them
🚩To create and capacitate the cadre of the community health workers for sustainable health outcomes.
